Every Khamila project begins with listening. We work through four defined phases — each one building on the last — so that by the time a contractor breaks ground, every decision has already been made with intention.

Interior Design & Custom Furniture: Quoted separately after architectural plans Typical furniture investment: $200,000 - $800,000 depending on home size and finish level We work with clients building $1.5M - $6M+ residences in San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country. Construction costs are separate and paid directly to your general contractor.
