We invite all qualified interior design professionals to join Khamila Trade Discount Program. As a member, you will enjoy exclusive trade pricing and service. Application

Khamila Furniture Boutique “Trade Program” membership is granted to interior designers, architects, set designers/stagers, & home developers .

To Qualify please provide a Business Card* indicating your trade profession and Personal or Business Website* is required and at least one of the following documents is aswell required to support your Khamila's Trade application:

  • Valid membership in a major design organization (e.g., ASID, IIDA, AIA, NKBA, IDC)
  • Interior design certification (e.g., NCIDQ, CCIDC)
  • NKBA - National Kitchen & Bath Association (AKBD, CKD, CBD, CMKBD, or CMKBE
  • A staging organization, such as ASP, CSP, HSR, RESA
  • Valid business license verifying your business in interior design or licensed general contracting
  • Valid EIN or Resale Certificate confirming active interior design based business, completed certificates are mandatory for each state where you are seeking tax exemption (U.S. only).
  • Membership proof from an international interior design organization equivalent
  • If you are not part of a professional organization, please provide a copy of your résumé or your portfolio to show five years’ experience.

Complete our Trade Application Form. Once your application has been submitted with valid documentation you will receive an email indicating your application is being reviewed. Send your application and documentation to us a tradeservices@khamila.com  . Once approved, you will receive via email your membership number and your designer discount activated. We do not publish the trade discount for your privacy. If the supporting documentation does not meet the requirements, you will be contacted.


Resale Certificates For Tax Exempt Purchases (US Only)

To facilitate tax exempt purchases in the state of Texas in which you maintain a tax exempt status, Khamila Furniture Boutique must have on file the appropriate completed state Resale Certificate forms when you place an order . Although you may have already sent us a copy of your reseller's license or permit, state authorities also require us to keep a complete copy of your signed Resale Certificate and/or Permit on file.

 

Membership

Membership is not transferable. A membership card/ID number can only be used by the member. The member ID number/cardholder must present his/her valid membership card.

 Misuse of membership may result in membership termination. Misuse includes, without limitation: use of the trade discount for personal purchases, any resale of merchandise purchased using the trade discount through any retail outlet (e.g., resale on or through any retail or auction Web site or store), reimbursement of trade discount upon merchandise return, transfer of membership, allowing others to use the membership card (e.g., sharing the card with a client), and submitting false, expired or misleading information in connection with a membership application.


Membership Card

Members may be subject to additional terms and conditions printed on membership cards. A membership card is valid until a period of 12 Months without any transaction.  Khamila Furniture Boutique is not responsible for cards lost, damaged or stolen, or for any unauthorized use of cards. Lost, stolen or damaged cards may be canceled and replaced at the sole discretion of Khamila Furniture Boutique upon receipt of the required business documentation. The membership card is not a credit card.

 All accounts that will share an invoice must use the same currency. If there is more than one currency across the accounts you will receive one consolidated invoice per currency.


Termination

Khamila Furniture Boutique reserves the right to terminate a membership  at its sole discretion, with or without notice to the member. Members may cancel their membership at any time and for any reason by calling a dedicated Trade Representative at (210) 259.8347 or send an email to tradeservices@khamila.com

Trade Return policy

To receive a full refund, please cancel within 48 hours of purchase. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed if cancelled after 48 hours of purchase. Special order and “AS IS” items may not be cancelled.  Authorized refund will be made the same credit card that was used for purchase. Returns for purchases paid by cash or check will be made by company check and may take up to 14 business days to process.   

Furniture: Upon delivery, you must carefully examine each piece of furniture and notate any issue prior to the delivery team leaving. After the 48 hours returns will be accepted if in original condition and packaging, a 25% restocking fee will apply.  The original delivery fee will not be refunded and a non-refundable pick up fee will be assessed.


Special Orders & Custom Pieces Disclosure

  • 1.-“KHAMILA” custom piece(s)/special order(s) is/are made to order.  This means that by agreeing to purchase a piece you have commissioned “KHAMILA” to make something especially for you.  Which mean, we cannot accept cancellations outside of 24 hours after receiving a deposit. We may not start building right away, but we start purchasing materials immediately. After 24 hour period has ended you have agreed to commission the piece(s) and are obligated to pay the balance upon completion. We’re able to make some changes to an order within 48 hours of deposit.  Any change to the piece may cause a price change.

  • 2.- At the time of purchase a lead time is given. If no lead time is given it falls into our standard window of 4-12 weeks. This is an estimate. We can’t guarantee specific delivery dates. The lead time begins at the point at which the deposit is received.

  • 3.- All of our materials are variable and subject to change. Each of our products is unique and is subject to variation in color, characterization, species, texture etc. Each piece is unique, so please review examples of our work to confirm you are comfortable with the variation. Please allow for a dimension tolerance of 1-1/2” on every piece.

  • 4.- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that furniture items purchased (accessories & furniture) will fit into the room intended.

  • 5.- Upon completion, the piece(s) will not be delivered until the balance has been paid in full. The balance must be paid within a week of notification, even if you are not prepared to take delivery. We’re happy to hold the piece(s) for up to a month free of charge. Afterward you are subject to possible storage fees.

  • 6.- Please inspect the piece(s) at the time of delivery. If there is anything incorrect or the piece has been damaged during shipping, this is the only time you’ll be able to point these issues out.  Once the piece(s) has been delivered and accepted there is far less we can do to make alterations or fixes without charging additional costs.

  • 7.- Because each piece is made specifically for you, we are unable to offer warranty in some cases. The nature of materials as wood veneer, reclaimed wood, travertine and glass means there may be some cracking and/or color change to the piece, this is not unusual. If the piece(s) show faulty craftsmanship within 120 days we will do our best to repair. No piece may be returned without our written consent.
  • 8.- Order of $999 or less may be subject to processing and shipping fees ( $150 or 15% of the total amount )  depending of the vendor and quantity.

 

Financing

Unfortunately at the moment we couldn’t combine any Financing Offer with your Traders Program Discount.

 

Storage & Warehouse

Our store offers you 3 months of storage in our warehouse in all the items or products you purchase in our store, after that time a monthly fee of $150 will be charged to you.

 

Delivery & Shipping Conditions

Our company offers you in the area of San Antonio "White Glove" delivery without any charge. At the time of the delivery the space have to be be clear and ready to set up the pieces you purchase.Time of delivery will vary by product and selected delivery method.
